April Update

Apr 30, 2008

Since our last chat…

Okay, okay, we didn’t win the Global Salon Entrepreneur of The Year Award. You know, you always hear people say that “It was an honor just being nominated.” Well, it was an honor, but quite honestly, it would have been more of an honor to win! That being said, we’re still proud for our salon, our guests, and our city to have been nominated for the prestigious award.

I-Vu is here! Our salon has been equipped with I-Vu monitors at each station. These monitors, actually small interactive computers, are in place for use by our guests for reviewing product information, participating in a “salon experience” survey, and viewing fashion trends from around the country. Future “enhancements” include computer imaging for cuts and colors, giving each guest a sneak preview as to how she would look with that “new look.”

Dhaniel Doud’s hands-on color class was a tremendous success. It’s always an event when a member of REDKEN’s National Artistic Team comes to town.

We are looking forward to welcoming REDKEN’s Artistic Education Director, Sam Villa to Birmingham in August for a hands-on cutting class. In addition, Ann Mincey, Vice President of Global Communications for REDKEN, will be in our salon in September to facilitate a HeartMath™ class for our team.

Thanks for visiting.

As always, it is our aim here at Salon M² to be among Birmingham’s best, both in what we do and how we do it.

We look forward to seeing you soon.
