Salon M² is dedicated to client beauty and excellent customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflected in the loyalty of our clients. We promise individual attention and great services for all of our customers. If, at any time, you believe we have failed to live up to these standards please bring it to the owner’s attention.

Our Reservation Promise
At Salon | M², every reservation is thoughtfully set aside just for you. We believe in providing an exceptional experience for every guest, and your reserved time allows us to prepare for your visit while also ensuring we can accommodate others who may be waiting for an opening.
We understand that life happens, and if you need to change your reservation, we simply ask for as much notice as possible.
After three (3) missed reservations (including late cancellations and no-shows), the following cancellation fees may apply to future reservations:
Less than 48 hours’ notice: 25% of the reserved service(s)
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the reserved service(s)
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the reserved service(s)
These guidelines help us honor the time reserved for every guest, provide opportunities to those on our waiting list, and continue delivering the level of care and service you expect from us.

For the Safety and comfort of your children, yourself, and our guests, we appreciate your support and understanding of our guidelines regarding children in the salon. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. If something were to happen to your child, it would not only be devastating to you and your family, it would be equally devastating to your Salon M2 family. Guests who do not abide by our safety policies may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
Children 12 years old and younger are welcome on the salon floor when receiving a service.
Because we use hot tools, sharp instruments, and chemicals on the salon floor, we ask that no children are present unless they are receiving a service. This is for your child’s safety and protection. This includes children in strollers, carriers, or in your lap. Our primary concern is for your child’s welfare.
Out of respect for other guests we ask that all disruptive children (loud talking, games, crying infants) be taken elsewhere until the noise subsides.
Any gaming systems or other electronic devices are to be used with head phones to keep the noise level at a respectable minimum.
